Since March 2025, my working days belong to Reisbalans. I'm Tech Lead and People Lead there. Evenings still have room for something small. A focused build. A second opinion. A tricky piece of a bigger whole. And I'm always up for a coffee.

THE BRIDGE.
I find out what the business is really after. Then I keep it informed. Progress, setbacks, trade-offs: you hear it early, honestly and in plain language. Nobody has to chase me for status. At Reisbalans I got departments actually talking to each other. Agile, pragmatic, no ceremony for its own sake.
THE CODE.
Ruby on Rails, Node, React, Swift, Astro. Frontend to infra. AI is part of how I build, every day. I use it fluently and I know when to overrule it. At Reisbalans I claimed a neglected financial domain, stabilised it and made it transferable. I raised the bar on PR reviews, linting and test coverage. Code for the developer who comes after me.
